1 cup cashews
2 Tbsp tahini
1/2 a lemon, juiced
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 cup water (more if needed)
1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
2. Blend until creamy and smooth. Adding more water if needed (small amounts at a time)
3. Serve over your favorite vegan dish. My favorite recipe to serve this with is my Falafel Lettuce Wraps.
