Tahini Dressing
INSTRUCTIONS 1. Build your bowl by putting lettuce in first, then add rice, beans, red cabbage, baby potatoes, sweet corn, and cilantro on top. ( and avocado if using) 2. Squeeze a drizzle of lime juice and a few tablespoons of tahini dressing on top. (I also drizzled some balsamic glaze on top...yumm)

After breathing fully in and out, give a signal for the person to squeeze harder with their hands in a quick thrusting manner (this takes some practice and coordination), which will extend the spine somewhat and likely release a few joints.
