Cherry Pineapple Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen cherries (about 12-13)
  • 1/2 cup GF oats
  • 2-3 dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 - 1 cup water
  • splash of coconut or vanilla almond milk (optional) 

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
2. Enjoy!!
