1 cup mixed berries (I like frozen) 1 banana (regular or frozen) 1 tsp maca powder 1 tsp chia seeds handful of spinach 1 cup almond, coconut milk, or water add ice if you are not using frozen fruit INSTRUCTIONS 1. Place ingredients into a high speed blender and pulse until smooth. 2. Top with whatever you like. Toppings I used: chia seeds buckwheat groats raisins hemp seeds raspberries Enjoy!
