1 large frozen banana 2 cups spinach 2 Tbsp hemp protein powder 2 Tbsp hemp seeds 3 Tbsp peanut butter 1 large medjool date, pitted 1 cup water 1/2 cup almond milk INSTRUCTIONS 1. Combine everything into a blender and blend until smooth. ***If you don't have frozen bananas just use a few ice cubes.
